Cannondale Headshok Fatty Air Valve Cap – Air Chamber Valve Protective Cover

Designed to protect the air valve on air-damper Cannondale Headshok forks from mud, water, dust, and other contaminants, helping reduce exposure to corrosion and everyday wear.

As the valve heights of the independent air chamber and the steerer tube integrated air chamber are different.

This product is available in two versions: Early Version and Later Version.

Please refer to the comparison image and select the appropriate version for your fork:

• Early Version: For forks where the air valve sits below the top surface of the fork crown.

• Later Version: For forks where the air valve sits above the top surface of the fork crown.

Please check the air valve height on your fork against the reference image before placing your order.

However, we still recommend opening the cover and cleaning the inside after every off-road ride, or at regular intervals, to keep the area clean.

I designed this cover primarily to provide protection in extreme conditions, such as muddy jungle riding, where mud and debris can heavily cover the bottom of the fork and the air valve.

That said, the cover cannot completely prevent fine moisture and water vapor from getting inside. Regularly removing the cover and cleaning the inside is still necessary for proper maintenance.
