Cannondale Headshok Fatty Lefty Needle Bearing Race By ImprovePart

As we know, there are much sizes of inner bearing race from the Headshok, it's not easy to buy them in correct thickness. but when we rebuild the fork, they have been bended and rusted. if we rebuild the fork with old races still, the forks will work rough. so we find a way to resolve this issue, we produced the inner races in same thickness and provide some copper shims from 0.03mm to 0.06mm. when rebuilding the fork, we glue the copper shims behind outer races by grease. with our new races and needle bearings, the fork will work smooth as new. in addition, we advise to assemble telescoped section with our needle bearing service tool, that will make your work easy and quick.

Every set includes 4 pieces of race and 4 sizes of copper shims (0.03/0.04/0.05/0.06mm), every size of shim can be cut to 4 pieces for each race.
