This is a conversion kit for the GripNut. The Chris King bearing cups are the same for all sizes, so the conversion can be done by replacing the upper set of parts from the upper one.
The item just includes threaded unit, it used for replacing the threadless top to be threaded, that means you need top & low bearing cups and bearing race base plate.
